The space we reserve for photographs is regularly reviewed and we tend to increase the maximum size as camera technolgy gets better.
Until we increase the space, we kindly ask you to limit the size of the photgraphs you are uploading. Here are some suggestions which could help you do this
If neither are possible, please contact our support desk and we can arrange for you to email the photographs to us and we will reduce their size for you.
Please follow our instructions how to take photographs of the parking area and of offending vehicles:
Parking Area Photos. These are required in order to activate your account so that you can report offending vehicles. You only need to take these photographs once and upload them onto your account.
Please take photographs from different angles ensuring that the warning signs are clearly visible. Please ensure that you have uploaded photos of all entry and exit points to the parking area as well as photos of the entire parking area where offences are to be reported. These photos provide vital evidence when dealing with appeals. They also help us to identify the enforcement area and to define the boundary of your site. Please see example photos below:

Offending vehicles photos. Please take photographs from a distance ensuring that the vehicle, vehicle registration number and background are all captured. Please note that where parking permits / pay&display tickets are in use, we recommend taking photos of the front of the vehicle (windscreen fully visible)
