The client is the Landlord/Leaseholder or legal occupier of the controlled parking area as specified when creating an account and identified as the site address/s
The client must display the warning signs in prominent locations around the controlled area and upload several photos as evidence that the signs are on clear display. Any damaged or missing warning signs must be replaced immediately.
When taking a photo of an offending vehicle please make sure the registration and background must be clear at all times. If date and time are displayed on the photograph, this must be the same as the date and time of the offence. Offending vehicles should be reported online within 72 hrs from the date/time of offence.
A PCN can only be cancelled by the client 7 days form date of issue. This service is funded from parking fines payable to FlashPark and is free to the client. This agreement can be terminated at any time by either party. FlashPark operates a comprehensive appeals procedure and reserves the right to withdraw a fine, refund a pcn, and close an account if the correct procedures are not been applied.
FlashPark will pay back ten pounds for each paid pcn to the customer subject to a minimum of five paid tickets in any one month. Payments are sent at the beginning of each calendar month an invoice will be requested from the client by FlashPark.
