Appeal Procedure

We are unable to respond to appeals/complaints by telephone. If your vehicle has been towed away, wheel clamped or issued with a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice), this will usually be because it was parked in breach of parking regulations that were clearly displayed in prominent locations on the warning notices. However, if you feel you have grounds for appeal or wish to make a complaint, please do so by writing to the address below.

The Appeals Department
P.O Box 21425

  • I forgot to display my permit
  • I am waiting to receive my permit
  • I have lost my permit
  • There is nowhere else to park
  • I was only one minute
  • I wasn’t the driver
  • Disabled badge holders are not exempt on private land
